Support
Write to support@corsotv.com with what happened and what you expected. Include your Apple TV model, the tvOS version and Corso’s version from Settings → About. Leave out your login, your playlist address and your provider’s name: we never need them.
Sending the error log
Corso keeps its last 50 errors on the Apple TV, with every address and login already removed. To send them:
- Open Settings and press Select on the version under About five times. A Developer section appears.
- Choose Developer → Error Log. The errors are listed with a QR code beside them.
- Scan the QR code with your iPhone’s camera, copy the text, and paste it into your email.
The log leaves the Apple TV only this way, when you send it. Clear empties it.

Common questions
Xtream login or playlist address: which do I add?
Whichever your provider gave you. An Xtream login is a server address, a username and a password; it brings live channels, the guide, and movies and series where your provider has them. A playlist is one M3U or M3U8 address; add an XMLTV address beside it for the guide.
“That login didn’t work”
Check the username and password, and that the server address starts with http:// or https:// and includes the port if your provider gave one. “That login has expired” means your provider ended it: renew it with them, then press Check Again in the source’s settings.
“Can’t reach that server”
The server didn’t answer. Check the address and your network, then Try Again. The list from your last refresh stays on the Apple TV meanwhile, so Live still opens.
A channel won’t play
Corso tries each version of the channel (HD, SD and so on) before showing an error. If none plays, the stream is usually down at your provider; try again later or ask them. Hold the channel and use Choose Stream to pick a version yourself.
There is no guide
Xtream logins bring their own guide. For a playlist, add your provider’s XMLTV address in the source’s settings. The full guide grid arrives during the beta.
My provider refreshed the list. Are my edits gone?
No. Hides, names, order, numbers and favourites sit on top of the provider’s list and come back after every refresh. History in Settings shows each edit and undoes it.
How do I set up another Apple TV?
With Sync with iCloud on (Settings → iCloud), every Apple TV on your Apple ID finds your setup when you open Corso. For someone else’s Apple TV, use Share Customization Code in the source’s settings: they scan the QR, copy the code on their phone, and paste it into Apply a Customization Code. Codes never include your login or your server.
