Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026

Corso is an Apple TV app that plays playlists you provide. These terms, together with Apple’sLicensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), govern your use of it. Where they differ, the standard EULA applies to the licence itself and these terms add to it.

A player, with no content

Corso includes no channels, films, series or other content, and no subscription to any service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any provider, and it doesn’t recommend one. It plays only the playlists, logins and addresses you add.

Your sources are your responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to access and watch everything you add to Corso, and for complying with the laws where you live and the terms of whoever supplies your sources. Don’t use Corso to watch content you aren’t licensed to watch. Problems with a source (a channel that is down, a login that expired, a missing guide) are between you and its supplier; we can’t fix or refund them.

The free week

Adding sources and browsing are always free. Playback is free for seven days, starting when you add your first source. After that, playback needs one of the purchases below.

Supporter Unlock

A one-time purchase ($39.99 in the US at launch) that unlocks playback with no renewal. It is sold for a limited window, until {end date}, and may be offered again later for other limited windows. It is tied to your Apple ID, can be restored on any Apple TV signed in with it, and is shared with your Family Sharing group. It covers the app as it is developed under this name; a separate future app would be a separate purchase.

Subscriptions

Yearly and Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial or introductory price, and at each renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices and any introductory offer are shown before you buy and are charged by Apple in your local currency. Manage or cancel in Settings → Users and Accounts → Subscriptions on your Apple TV, or in your Apple ID settings on any device. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions are shared with your Family Sharing group.

Refunds

Purchases are made with Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Corso to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with the servers you connect to. Customization codes you share must not carry content you don’t have the right to share; by design they hold settings and names only, never a login or an address.

No warranty

Corso is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable on current tvOS releases, but providers, formats and tvOS change, and we can’t promise that every stream will play or that the app will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties beyond those in the standard EULA, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything a source you add shows or fails to show. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Privacy

How the app handles your data is in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and the release notes say so. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
